My name is Dan Sorensen, and I’ve been a hat guy for as long as I can remember. I wear a hat when I’m working around the house, out in the yard, at my kids’ events, and whenever I’m outdoors hunting, fishing, or just enjoying time outside. Hats are part of my everyday life. The problem is that when you wear hats that often, they don’t stay fresh for long. I sweat them out, wear them hard, and end up ruining them faster than I ever expect.
Replacing them should be easy, but it never felt that way. I struggled to find hats I actually liked often enough to keep up. My wife, Katie, and I joked about this problem for years until it finally turned into an idea. What if fresh, clean, well-designed hats just showed up regularly without any effort from me or reminders from her.
That idea became Heads and Toes.

To make each release special, we source our leather and leatherette patches from independent artists and produce small batches by hand. This allows us to focus on quality, creativity, and designs that feel intentional rather than mass produced.
