Shipping Policy
Heads and Toes operates primarily as a monthly subscription service. Shipping timelines follow a structured monthly design and fulfillment schedule.
Monthly Release & Fulfillment Schedule
Each month, one exclusive hat design is released for that subscription cycle. Orders are fulfilled in batches after the monthly subscription cut-off.
-
Monthly designs are finalized and posted during the first half of each month
-
The subscription cut-off is the 15th of each month
-
Hats for that subscription cycle ship by the end of the month
All subscribers for that cycle receive the same hat design.
Subscription Cut-Off
Subscriptions placed on or before the 15th of the month will receive that month’s hat, subject to availability.
Subscriptions placed after the 15th will begin with the following month’s release.
In cases of high demand or limited inventory, Heads and Toes reserves the right to close subscriptions earlier than the 15th.
One-Time Purchases:
As supplies allow, HAT will occasionally have one-time purchase opportunities. These orders will be fulfilled within 5 business days of order and will be shipped using the most cost-effective shipping method, usually USPS or similar. You will receive email notifications of order confirmation and fulfillment.
Shipping Method
We ship using the most cost-effective shipping method available for domestic U.S. orders, typically USPS or a comparable carrier.
Shipping speeds are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Area
At this time, Heads and Toes ships within the United States only.
Address Accuracy
Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Heads and Toes is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
