Returns & Subscription Policy

Heads and Toes is a subscription-based hat company. Each month, subscribers receive one exclusive hat design selected and released for that month. Because of the nature of our subscription, returns and exchanges work a bit differently than a traditional online store.

Subscription Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference (such as not liking the style, color, or design of a monthly hat).

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

  • Monthly designs are curated and released in advance

  • All subscribers receive the same hat each month

  • Hat styles are not chosen individually

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your hat arrived defective or damaged

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at dansorensen98@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your hat is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Because each monthly hat is a limited-run release, exchanges are not available.

Refunds

If a return is approved due to damage or error, we will issue a refund to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

By subscribing, you agree to receive the monthly hat design selected for that release. Subscription purchases are final except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.
