By accessing or purchasing from Heads and Toes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Heads and Toes is primarily a subscription-based hat company. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected subscription plan. One exclusive hat will be shipped to subscribers each month unless the subscription is paused or canceled prior to the billing cutoff.

Monthly hat designs are curated and released in advance. All subscribers receive the same design each month. Designs are final and cannot be selected or customized by individual subscribers.

Subscription purchases are final except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns or exchanges based on personal preference are not accepted.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Heads and Toes is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time before the monthly billing deadline. Once an order has been processed for the month, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Heads and Toes reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the subscription service or these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
